This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating Kaleigh Orr, an Outside Sales Representative covering East Texas, whose dedication to her family and her customers inspires us every day.

For Kaleigh, being a mom and a professional aren’t separate roles—they blend in ways that make her stronger in both. At work, she’s passionate about helping her customers bring projects to life, providing the equipment they need to build and grow the same community where she was raised. “Growing up in East Texas, I’ve always seen Cat equipment on the roadside. Now I get to be part of that process, helping my customers piece together each phase of a project. It’s rewarding to know I’m playing a small role in how our world gets built.”

At home, Kaleigh and her husband, Robert, are raising three children—Izzabella (9), Jaxson (7), and Samara (3). Life is full, and like many moms, Kaleigh juggles schoolwork, toddler adventures, and extracurriculars—all while carving out moments for her own passions. She loves reading (audiobooks are her go-to), going to concerts with her husband, riding ATVs with the kids, and baking sourdough bread for local farmers markets.

This Mother’s Day, we asked Kaleigh what word her children would use to describe her. Their answer? “Helpful.” Her oldest daughter, Izzabella, put it best - sharing that even after recently breaking her foot, she knows she can always count on her mom. “No matter how big I get, you’re always there to help me.”

That sense of support is something Kaleigh brings to her role at Texas First Rentals, too. “Motherhood teaches you to handle different perspectives, emotions, and challenges all at once. It’s made me more patient, creative, and open-minded—qualities that help me work through any situation with customers or coworkers.”

Her message to other working moms? “You’re not falling behind. Some days you feel like you’ve conquered it all, and other days you feel stretched thin. Both are worth celebrating. You don’t have to choose between being a great mom and a successful professional—you’re already both. On the hardest days, your kids see someone who keeps going, who keeps showing up, and that’s a powerful lesson in resilience and strength.”

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate Kaleigh and all the incredible moms who bring that same strength to their families and their work every day. Thank you for everything you do!
