At Texas First Rentals, we celebrate the people who make our company exceptional. One such individual is Dalton Brooks, the Branch Manager of our Fredericksburg location.
Dalton began his career at the San Antonio - Tradesman branch as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). It was there he developed a deep understanding of our equipment, sharpened his customer service skills, and fully embraced the company’s guiding principles. His dedication and drive soon opened the door to an exciting opportunity: growing the Texas First Rentals brand in Fredericksburg. Today, as Branch Manager, he oversees and leads a team that thrives on camaraderie and excellence.
For Dalton, the best part of his job is the people. “It’s awesome coming to work every day with such a great group of hardworking people,” he shared. That sense of team spirit drives his passion for creating a collaborative and supportive work environment. He is also inspired by the emphasis on ethics, which aligns closely with his personal values. “I’ve always believed that doing the right thing comes back to you tenfold,” he said. “I’ve seen this not only on paper but in action from both management and staff”.
As the leader of the Fredericksburg branch, Dalton is passionate about building connections with the local community. “Come by and meet us,” he encourages. “We have a state-of-the-art facility that we’d love for you to see and equipment that meets a multitude of needs. When he’s not at work, Dalton enjoys the great outdoors. He and his wife are avid hikers, often exploring trails with their dog, Otis. Whether traveling or hitting the trail, Dalton’s love of adventure reflects the same energy and enthusiasm he brings to his role at Texas First Rentals.
