At Texas First Rentals, we're proud to spotlight Rrita Vraniqi, one of our dedicated Outside Sales Representatives who brings passion and purpose to everything she does. One of Rrita's greatest accomplishments has been her professional development during her time at Texas First Rentals. "It's been so rewarding to look back and see how far I've come and the goals I have set and met quicker than I ever thought I would," she shares. What she enjoys most about her role is the continuous learning opportunity it provides, whether it's about new equipment or hearing from customers about their projects.
Her dedication hasn't gone unnoticed. She has been described as having a relentless pursuit of excellence and genuine care for customers. She's known for acting with urgency to get the job done and bringing an infectious positive energy that makes her well-liked by all her peers.
Perhaps most meaningful to Rrita is knowing she plays a role in something bigger. "Seeing a spot that used to be just dirt turn into a brand-new hotel or restaurant, and knowing I helped by sending the equipment that made it happen—that's a feeling I'll never take for granted."
Our company values aren't just words on a wall for Rrita—they're the foundation of how she approaches her work every day. "These values have really shaped the way I show up to work every day at Texas First Rentals," she explains. "It's not about saying the words out loud—it's about how I carry myself and how I treat the people I work with and the customers I serve."
Born in Kosovo, her family moved to the United States as war refugees, settling in Irving, Texas in 1999. Today, Irving is the very area she covers as an Outside Sales Rep. "It really feels like a full-circle moment, and I'm super grateful for where life has taken me and what I get to do every day," she reflects.
When she's not helping customers find perfect equipment solutions, Rrita enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and doing Pilates. Many weekends are spent at the lake with her fiancé Carson, surfing and shooting. Currently, much of her free time is dedicated to wedding planning—Rrita and Carson are getting married on May 31, 2025. "Keep an eye out for my new last name—Green!" she says with excitement
